To help you identify the source of a problem with your integrations that are connected with your DI account, you can use these 2 features:
- Integrations Health
- Error Diagnostics
To find these features, go to Project → Data Management → Integrations:
Integrations Health
For an overview of the errors at the account level for the integrations that are connected to your account, you can consult the Integrations Health feature.
In the upper part of the page, there are the error numbers per integration for the account (in this case, we only have Shopify, but you could have PrestaShop and Adobe Commerce).
In the list, you have the errors for each project, including the date of the last error for that project.
To learn more about the errors in a specific project, click Consult at the end of the line for that project. You will be redirected to the Error Diagnostics feature for the selected project.
Error Diagnostics
To consult the execution errors for a specific project, use the Error Diagnostics feature (make sure to be in the right project).
If you have errors in the displayed list, you can investigate by clicking Repair at the end of the line of that error:
By clicking Repair, you access (in view mode) the details of the transformation script, the payload and the exceptions for the selected error.
The Exception section should provide possible solutions to fix the execution error. If you don't have the required permissions or don't know how to fix the error, contact the Dialog Insight support and mention the error or exception, which could help resolve your request faster.
